Life coaching is a process in which a coach helps individuals to identify their goals, overcome obstacles, and make positive changes in their lives.
In a life coaching session, you can expect to discuss your goals, challenges, and strategies for overcoming obstacles. I coach will provide guidance, support, and accountability to help you achieve your goals.
The length of a life coaching program depends on the individual and their goals. Most of my programs are two (1 hour) sessions, while others may go to 4 weeks.
You will be able to attend live, online group coaching sessions and have online access to teaching videos & activities.
You will receive the following items by mail:
- Online Assessment for singles or for both, if a couple
-The Single Person’s Packet or the Couple’s Communication Packet
-Online Journal
- HPN Writing pad & bookmark
-Free Tripod to hold your phone for coaching sessions.
